When you click the link in your password reset email you can select a new password.
Enter your email address (this must match the address to which the reset message was sent).
Then enter a new password, enter it a second time (the "Confirm" box), and click Reset.
When your password has been successfully reset, you'll see this message:
Click Login to log in and to continue using TAME.
Note that if you want to change your email address you'll need to first reset your password.
